The news media and political pundits have been dissecting the now infamous comments of Sen. Barack Obama in which he told a group in San Francisco that hard economic times explain why some people cling to religion, guns, and certain political convictions.

Sen. Obama was speaking at a private fundraising event, but his comments became public when leaked to the media. Sen. Hillary Clinton and a host of others accused Sen.   1. From this end of the political spectrum and I will admit to be way far to the right end from Obama I find his confession of religion very hollow and very shallow. I do not trust him, because I view him like the most poisonous snake you can imagine. He has lied and manipulated himself to the top of the Democratic party heap. If his long trail ends at the White House so does the United States of America. His connection to his pastor has not been adequately explained to me. From my end if you sit under a pastor long enough, you are bound to absorb something from him. I suspect that Obama is a lot more racial then he is letting on. I also suspect him of not being what he is trying to present himself and being something really quite different and devastating.
